Phil Delalande

Founder of UX Camp Australia, design leader, previously Principal Consultant at Telstra Purple & Head of UX at Moodle, Phil helps organisations:

  • Define their Human-Centred Design strategy from big ideas to outstanding products and services in the hands of customers.
  • Navigate transformation and disruption (eg. Blue Ocean Strategy).
  • Embrace user-centricity by establishing and scaling UX capabilities: teams, tools, research, culture, processes, ways of working, agile UX.

Phil's experience ranges from Education (Neovate, Moodle, CEWA, ECU, Curtin), Healthcare (Medical Director, East Metro Health, Ramsay Health, Kinchip Systems) to Finance, Resources and Insurance.

Gian Lorenzetto

Gian has delivered software applications across a large variety of domains, including medical device manufacturing, medical imaging and autonomous vehicle control. He has deployed software across most major platforms, from small, low budget web applications to enterprise scale, mobile applications. Gian is passionate about iterative and incremental delivery, best practices in DevSecOps and coaching software teams on how to improve their software delivery processes.

Amelyn is passionate about bringing alignment between design, technology and business outcomes. She encourages design thinking to be part of software delivery, evaluate user needs, test business ideas and minimise risks in product development through experimentation and frequent incremental releases.

With many years of experience working on high-performing teams for high-profile companies, Amelyn has extended her skills beyond software development into coaching, team leadership, solution design, business analysis, and product management.
